Valgroup is hiring a Operator Assistant to support our manufacturing facility in Findlay, Ohio. We are one of the largest plastics producers and recyclers in the world. • Swing Shift- 2-2-3 Days & Nights (7:30-7:30)
• Department: Specialty Films
• This shift allows multiple weekdays and every other weekend off
• Train to become a Skilled Machine Operator
• Pull and weigh film rolls, cut cores, move resin
• Assist line start-up
• Learn to Operate Forklift
• Assist other projects and work as needed

Skills needed for success:

• Mechanical ability and problem solving
• Safe work behaviors and attention to detail
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand and walk throughout shift
• HS Diploma or GED preferred
