Requirements/Preferred Experience
    • Must be board-eligible/board-certified physician in Ophthalmology
    • Completion of a Surgical Retina Fellowship is required to join our Ophthalmology division
    • Comfortable administering Intravitreal injections
    Position Details
    • Salary Range: $330K-$600K+Salary includes productivity/bonuses. Compensation is subject to the individual department/division compensation plans. More information is discussed during the recruitment process.
    • 4-day workweek schedule: 50% East County; 50% South Bay
      • Average patient load is 25-30 patients per clinic day
      • New consults/Follow-Ups/Post-Ops
      • Office based surgery/minor procedures
      • Practice will be surgical retina and medical retina patients
      • After hours call is shared with 2 other surgical retina physicians
      • User friendly work schedule with excellent support staff and collegial work environment
      • If fellow, will be required to become board certified within first two years of employment
      • Competitive salary plus sign-on bonus and full comprehensive benefits package
      • Shareholder track- Eligible for shareholder after 2nd year of employment

      • Ophthalmology services are offered at 7 site locations
      • Group provides patients a full range of services across 29 different specialties
      • All clinics have a lead RN, triage RN, LVNs and 1:1 Provider/MA ratio plus operations team
      • Integrated EMR system allows for seamless communication among group PCP's & specialists
      • Group has 200+ primary care providers throughout the county; built in referral system
