Requirements/Preferred Experience

Must be board-eligible/board-certified physician in Ophthalmology
Completion of a Surgical Retina Fellowship is required to join our Ophthalmology division
Comfortable administering Intravitreal injections

Position Details

Salary Range: $330K-$600K+Salary includes productivity/bonuses. Compensation is subject to the individual department/division compensation plans. More information is discussed during the recruitment process.
4-day workweek schedule: 50% East County; 50% South Bay

Average patient load is 25-30 patients per clinic day
New consults/Follow-Ups/Post-Ops
Office based surgery/minor procedures
Practice will be surgical retina and medical retina patients
After hours call is shared with 2 other surgical retina physicians
User friendly work schedule with excellent support staff and collegial work environment
If fellow, will be required to become board certified within first two years of employment
Competitive salary plus sign-on bonus and full comprehensive benefits package
Shareholder track- Eligible for shareholder after 2nd year of employment

Group provides patients a full range of services across 29 different specialties
All clinics have a lead RN, triage RN, LVNs and 1:1 Provider/MA ratio plus operations team
Integrated EMR system allows for seamless communication among group PCP's & specialists
Group has 200+ primary care providers throughout the county; built in referral system
