What You’ll DoAs Customer Service Representative, the day-to-day responsibilities will include:Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, staff, vendors and store customersBe the main point of contact for phone calls and in-person inquiries.Process mail, packages, and deliveries – while maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk/reception area.Assist with other operations- or store-related projects and tasks as assigned.Varied hours between 7:30 and 5:00; 25 hours weeklyWho We’re Looking ForWe’re seeking a candidate who brings not only technical expertise but also a passion for education and student success. Our ideal candidate will have:High school diploma or equivalentPrior experience in front desk, administrative support, retail, or operations role preferredStrong communication and customer service skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ability to learn point-of-sale (POS) systems. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced environment.
