This is a full-time, on-site role for an Optician based in Carrollton, TX. The Optician will assist patients in selecting and fitting eyeglasses and contact lenses, ensure accurate measurements for eyewear, and provide education on proper care and maintenance. The role includes interpreting prescriptions from optometrists, performing basic optical repairs, and collaborating with the optometry team to deliver outstanding customer care and satisfaction.

• Knowledge of Optics and experience in lens selection and fitting
• Background in Optometry and Eye Exams, with attention to detail and accuracy
• Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction expertise to ensure a positive patient experience
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently
• Proficiency in computer systems and familiarity with optical equipment is a plus
• Previous experience as an Optician or in a related role is preferred
