I'm hiring an optometrist at Freedom Eye Care in Austin, TX — and I want to find the right person, not just any person.

🔬 Real specialty care. This isn't a high-volume, see-'em-and-bill-'em practice. We do myopia control, scleral lens fitting, and dry eye disease management — with the equipment to back it up.

💰 Compensation: $110,000–$160,000/year based on production, plus malpractice coverage and CE support.
