Job Description
Role: Oracle Cloud ERP Analyst (Finance & SCM) Location: Minneapolis, MN (Onsite)Duration : 12 months on W2Experience: 35 yearsWe are seeking an Oracle Cloud ERP Analyst to provide L1 functional and technical support for Finance and SCM modules in a client-facing onsite role.Responsibilities:Support Oracle Cloud ERP users, handle incidents, service requests, and basic fixes.Gather business requirements and translate them into Oracle solutions.Perform initial troubleshooting, reproduce issues, collect logs, and escalate to L2 when needed.Assist with user access/role provisioning and basic training.Track tickets in ITSM tools and maintain knowledge-base updates.Requirements:35 years supporting Oracle Cloud ERP (Finance/SCM).Understanding of integrations (REST/SOAP, OIC).Basic SQL for data checks; experience with ServiceNow/Jira.Strong communication and customer-support skills.ITIL or Oracle certifications are a plus.
