Oracle Cloud HCM Functional Consultant at Smart IT Frame

Role: Sr. Oracle Cloud HCM Functional Consultant Location: Remote Position Type: Long Term Job Description: - Serve as subject matter expert and lead clients through the full Oracle Cloud HCM implementation and support lifecycle. - Analyze and map business requirements to Oracle HCM Cloud functionalities specifically in NA Payroll Time and Labor Benefits and Absence Management. - Conduct functional design workshops and document business processes for each module. - Identify functionality gaps in Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion and develop necessary extensions. - Advise clients on solution options risks and impacts on other processes or systems. - Configure and document Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion applications to meet client needs. - Create business requirement documents for reports interfaces data conversions and extensions. - Develop security and validation strategies and plans for Oracle HCM Cloud projects. - Present and demonstrate new features as part of the quarterly update process. - Design HCM Cloud solutions for multiple customers including pre-sales activities. - Collaborate with clients and project teams to ensure successful implementation and support. - Travel up to 30% within the United States as required.
