Oracle HCM Functional Consultant Contract Remote Job Description We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll Functional Consultant with deep expertise in end-to-end Payroll implementations configuration and support. The ideal candidate will partner with HR/Payroll stakeholders to design configure test and optimize Oracle HCM Payroll modules. Key Responsibilities Lead Oracle Cloud Payroll configuration: elements fast formulas balances timecards costing and payroll flows. Work on Payroll Integrations (Inbound/Outbound) Payroll Interface and support statutory compliance. Conduct fit-gap analysis requirement workshops and prepare functional design documents (MD050/BRD). Manage end-to-end testing: SIT UAT parallel payroll testing and reconciliation. Troubleshoot payroll issues support month-end and year-end payroll processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Benefits Time & Labor Finance) for seamless payroll operations. Support post-go-live enhancements regression testing and quarterly update validations. Work with technical teams on fast formulas OTBI/BIP Reports HDL/HR Loader and interfaces. Required Skills 5 10 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll. Strong experience in Payroll calculations US/Canada payroll rules tax configurations and garnishments. Hands-on experience with Fast Formulas HDL HCM Extracts and payroll flows. Knowledge of OTL Benefits and Core HR is a plus.
