Solution IT Inc. is looking for Oracle Incentive Compensation Technical Specialist for one of its clients New York NY Hybrid Job Title: Oracle Incentive Compensation Technical Specialist Summary The Oracle Incentive Compensation Technical Specialist is responsible for designing developing and supporting technical solutions within the Oracle Incentive Compensation module. This role works closely with business users and functional teams to implement complex compensation plans build custom solutions troubleshoot technical issues and ensure seamless integration with other Oracle Cloud or E-Business Suite modules. Key Responsibilities: Develop customize and maintain Oracle Incentive Compensation technical components including plans rules formulas and workflows Create and optimize complex SQL queries PL/SQL scripts and data integration (ETL) processes Provide technical support for Oracle Incentive Compensation implementation enhancements and production incidents Collaborate with business analysts and functional consultants to gather and translate requirements into technical specifications Ensure compliance with Oracle best practices and corporate data security standards Conduct unit testing and support system and user acceptance testing Develop technical documentation and user guides Required Skills: Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field 3 years of experience with Oracle Incentive Compensation (Cloud or EBS) Strong knowledge of Oracle SQL PL/SQL and data integration tools Experience with APIs Fast Formulas and Compensation Plan configuration Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Effective verbal and written communication skills Work Site: New York NY Hybrid Duration: 6 Months Expected Start Date: Immediate - 2 weeks Number of Positions: 01 Please send your responses back to Key Skills Customer Care Management,HVAC,Apache Web Server,Garment,Import & Export,Administration And Secretarial Employment Type : Full Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1
