Oracle Retail XStore POS Lead at IT America Inc

Position: Oracle Retail XStore POS Lead Location: Brentwood TN Duration: Long term contract Note: Looking for Permanent / Visa Independent Consultants Required Qualifications: Candidate must be in Nashville US location / need to travel to client location in Nashville 3days a week Bachelors Degree or foreign equivalent will consider work experience in lieu of a degree 8 years of experience in retail technology with a focus on Oracle XStore POS. Proven experience in technical leadership and delivery in Oracle XStore POS. Hands-on experience in Java/J2EE Spring Boot and integration with retail applications. Strong understanding of retail business processes and POS systems. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Participate in functional testing and co-ordinate with cross functional stakeholders for timely delivery of the solutions developed Onsite-Offshore coordination and work management Key Responsibilities: Lead technical design development and deployment of Oracle XStore POS solutions. Perform hands-on coding configuration and integration tasks. Collaborate with clients to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Conduct code reviews ensure adherence to best practices and performance standards. Manage technical deliverables timelines and resource allocation. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in Oracle XStore POS. Coordinate with cross-functional teams for end-to-end solution delivery. Mentor and guide developers conduct technical workshops and training sessions. Stay updated with emerging technologies and Oracle XStore enhancements.
