Job Description

Job Title: Oracle SCM Cloud OM Functional Consultant Backfill Role Location: San Jose CA (Onsite) Duration: Long Term Contract Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Oracle SCM Cloud Order Management (OM) Functional Consultant to join our team for an onsite engagement in San Jose California. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in Oracle SCM Cloud with deep functional expertise in Order Management and related modules. This role involves working closely with business users gathering requirements configuring solutions supporting implementations and ensuring smooth operations across Order-to-Cash processes. Responsibilities: Lead and support Oracle SCM Cloud Order Management (OM) implementation and enhancement projects. Gather business requirements perform gap analysis and develop functional design documents. Configure OM modules including Pricing Shipping Inventory and Orchestration. Work closely with cross-functional teams to support end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) cycles. Conduct system testing integration testing and UAT for OM-related functionalities. Provide production support troubleshoot issues and collaborate with technical teams for resolutions. Prepare training materials and conduct user training/workshops. Ensure best practices process improvements and solution optimization within SCM Cloud. Work in an onsite environment with business users and stakeholders for timely deliverables. Required Skills & Experience: 5 10 years of experience in Oracle SCM/Order Management Cloud. Strong functional knowledge of OM along with integration touchpoints to Inventory Procurement Finance Shipping Pricing etc. Hands-on configuration expertise in OM workflows pricing rules order orchestration ATP/Commitment and fulfillment processes. Experience in implementation/support/upgrade projects in Oracle Cloud SCM. Good understanding of business processes in SCM and O2C cycle. Ability to troubleshoot functional issues analyze logs and work with technical teams. Excellent communication documentation and client-facing skills.
