Oracle Sr Tech Implementation Consultant ERPWe are seeking a highly motivated Senior Technical Implementation Consultant ERP with 5 years of experience in implementing ONESOURCE ORACLE Integration and/or financial add-ons for ORACLE R12 or Fusion. The Senior Technical Implementation Consultant ERP will work closely with ONESOURCE Project Managers and Tax SME to implement ONESOURCE Determination integration software at client sites in Global Implementations.You will provide customers with domain expertise when implementing tax scenarios and integrating ONESOURCE Indirect Tax to ORACLE applications including ERP ecommerce and POS. As a Senior Technical Implementation Consultant ERP you work with a project team to gather and define business requirements and convert them into robust and flexible solutions. This position is unique as you will be exposed to customers from all different industries and their business requirements and operations.About the RoleIn this opportunity as Oracle Sr Tech Implementation Consultant ERP you will:Serve as a primary integration interface with client tax professionalsLead business and user requirements sessions and formulate into design/solution documentation for IntegrationAssist in the analysis and delivery of ORACLE integration implementations that reflect an in-depth understanding of the clients tax requirements and compliance processEngagement with other Thomson Reuters teams as appropriate to deliver end-to-end Indirect Tax integration solutionsEnsure all Indirect tax related requirements are metExplain ONESOURCE Integration for ORACLE related issues/problems and solutions to non-tax & technical staffWork with clients to translate their tax policy into ONESOURCE integration solutionsWork with Product and Engineering teams in growth of the product and solutionsInstall and configure ONESOURCE Indirect Tax Integration for ORACLEExecute personal working within a controlled project management environmentWork with Pre-sales on prospects and bid developmentWork with functional & technical colleagues to deliver the implementationAbout YouYoure a fit for the role of Oracle Sr Tech Implementation Consultant ERP if you have:4 year degree - Finance Accounting or Computer Science preferred5 years of work experience with at least 3 of those years working with ORACLE ERPMust have excellent interpersonal and written communication skillsMust have technical experience implementing ORACLE and/or Add-on SolutionsMust be able to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues caused when multiple add-ons are installed and system issuesShould have experience with process analysis design mapping and re-engineeringShould have experience with process/software gap analysis and resolutionShould have experience creating and executing test cases and test scriptsOracle Programming capabilitiesKnowledge of APIs Webservices (SOAP & REST) xmlUp to 10% of travel is expectedPreferredTax and FinancialExperience configuring transaction taxes and related master data within ORACLEExperience with integrating third party enterprise tax products (e.g. ONESOURCE Determination ONESOURCE Compliance Avalara Sovos CCH Sabrix Taxware and/or Vertex) is highly desirableFinancial work experience or related degreeTechnicalAbility to write/modify existing integration software and integrate software applications and modules in accordance with agreed upon specifications created in partnership with othersCreate and execute unit testing ensuring software meets requirementsObject Oriented ProgrammingORACLE Certification#LI-D2EWhats in it For YouFlexibility & Work-Life Balance: Flex My Way is a set of supportive workplace policies designed to help manage personal and professional responsibilities whether caring for family giving back to the community or finding time to refresh and reset. The base compensation range varies across locations.

For any eligible US locations unless otherwise noted the base compensation range for this role is $88200 - $163800.

This role may also be eligible for an Annual Bonus based on a combination of enterprise and individual performance.
Base pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individuals knowledge skills and experience with consideration given to internal equity. Base pay is one part of a comprehensive Total Reward program which also includes flexible and supportive benefits and other wellbeing programs.
