Oral Surgeon Opportunity – Central Pennsylvania AreaThis opportunity is for a motivated and compassionate Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon looking to join a well-established and growing practice. We have been caring for the central Pennsylvania community for 3 decades alongside our large referral network. We are committed to providing the highest quality care to our patients across all our four locations in Camp Hill, Harrisburg, Carlisle and Lancaster, PA.Highlights:Full-time office-based schedule Monday through Friday with benefitsNo hospital calls. Only, office after-hours on call q 4 weeks.Credentialed at 3 local level 1 hospitals, for any elective hospital cases.Updated facilities with the latest surgical technologySupportive and collaborative administrative and clinical teamsOn-staff Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists who perform GA/IV sedation.Credentialing for licensure, insurances and malpractice coverage maintainedConsistent referral base from General & Pediatric Dentists, Orthodontists, Prosthodontists and Endodontists.Responsibilities:Perform a full scope of oral and maxillofacial surgical procedures: dental extractions, dental implants, bone grafting, orthognathic surgery, and management of pathology.Collaborate with referring doctors to ensure optimal patient careAdminister anesthesia including local anesthesia and IV sedation in accordance with state regulations and patient needsEducate patients on post-operative care, risks, and expected outcomes of proceduresParticipate in continuing education and staying current with advancements in oral and maxillofacial surgeryContribute to the practice’s reputation for clinical excellence and compassionate careRequirements:DMD or DDS from an accredited dental schoolCompleted residency in oral & maxillofacial surgeryBoard-certified or board-eligibleActive Pennsylvania State Dental License or eligible to obtainActive DEA LicenseCompensation & Benefits:Competitive salarySigning bonusComprehensive health and vision insurance (100% paid for Surgeons)Retirement plan with 401K employer contributionsInterested Surgeons should contact:Carly Flagg, Practice Manager:Email – [email protected] – 717-763-1970 x123Also available for in person interview at the 2025 AAOMS annual meeting in Washington DC.
