Role OverviewNew Teeth Now in Lakeland, FL is seeking a highly skilled, board-certified Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon whose practice focuses on insurance-based surgical procedures. You will perform a wide range of medically necessary oral and maxillofacial surgeries, including extractions, pathology, trauma, orthognathic, and reconstructive cases, while collaborating closely with referring dentists and medical professionals.Your role will center on delivering exceptional clinical care, ensuring excellent patient outcomes, mentoring surgical support staff, and contributing to the continued growth and reputation of our Lakeland surgical practice.What We Offer$500,000 + potential with benefitsImplant-exclusive 30k sqft. facility with full surgical and lab integration (fully digital by 2026) Highly trained and experienced support staffPatient-focused culture Partnership eligibility after 1 year Key ResponsibilitiesPerform a full scope of insurance-based OMS procedures, including extractions, pathology, infections, trauma, and orthognathic surgery.Evaluate patients, interpret imaging, and develop medically necessary treatment plans.Collaborate with referring dentists and medical providers to coordinate care.Conduct in-office procedures with local anesthesia, IV sedation, or general anesthesia (as credentialed).Ensure accurate documentation for insurance, medical necessity, and authorizations.Maintain compliance with all clinical quality, safety, OSHA, HIPAA, and anesthesia standards.Communicate clearly with patients about treatment, expectations, and post-operative care.QualificationsDDS/DMD with OMS residency; board-certified or eligible.Strong communicator and team collaborator.Licensed or eligible in Florida; relocation to Lakeland preferred.About UsNew Teeth Now is a premier implant center specializing in same-day, full-arch restorations and zygoma implants for patients with severe bone loss.
