The above hiring range represents the University's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. Position Type Full-Time/Regular The Clinical Care Supervisor is responsible to manage, provide guidance and direct the daily workflow of the Patient Coordinator staff, fourth floor Clinic reception desk, which supports the operations of the Oral Surgery Clinic. The Clinical Care Supervisor must be able to effectively mentor the staff, provide cross training and support a team centered environment, as well as implement changes necessary to the growth of our business operations. The Clinical Care Supervisor will provide backup to the Practice Manager with overseeing clinic schedules, running reports (i.e. open sessions, income and chair utilization), attend clinic orientations and any other operational items that may arise. Required Skills Supervisory experience of 5+ years in dental practice Must have previous supervising experience of staff Must be able to demonstrate on a consistent basis strong critical thinking and problem solving skills. Efficient and detail oriented; good multi tasker Interpersonal skills (include personal interaction) Must be able to effectively communicate with patients, providers , staff and management. Comfortable working with patient and show care and compassion. Be able to provide a consistent level of strong customer service to all patients of the Center.
