We recruit confidentially on behalf of established private practices that value their people and prioritize long-term relationships.TLDR: What This Role IsWe are seeking an enthusiastic and organized Front Office Lead to join our private oral surgery implant and aesthetics practice.This role is ideal for someone who loves being the front-office quarterback the person who keeps check-in checkout scheduling claims and patient communication running smoothly. You will also be responsible for treatment presentation guiding patients throughrecommended procedures fees and next steps in a clear and supportive way.This role is perfect for someone who enjoys structure communication accuracy and being the steady point of contact between patients the doctor and the clinical team.Why Private Practice Is Better Than a Corporate OfficeYou work with one doctor and one consistent team instead of rotating between multiple providers.You have a predictable schedule and a calmer work environmentThere are no high-pressure production quotas or aggressive sales targets.You can educate patients support treatment acceptance and build trust without corporate upsell pressure.You have time to perform quality clinical work not rushed chairside turnover.You develop real patient relationships that make your work meaningful.Your input ideas and clinical judgment are seen and respected by the doctorYou join a stable supportive team where you can grow feel valued and contribute long-term.Key ResponsibilitiesThis role centers around front-office excellence treatment presentation communication and organization.Front Desk OperationsWelcome check-in and manage patient flow with professionalism and warmth.Complete checkout collect payments and walk patients through next steps.Maintain a polished organized reception area.Prepare daily schedules for consults surgeries post-ops and aesthetic visits.Treatment Presentation & Financial ConversationsReview treatment plans with patients clearly and confidently.Explain recommended procedures timelines and fees in everyday language.Ensure patients understand pre-op expectations financing options and insurance estimates.Support case acceptance through education and support not pressure.Answer follow-up questions calmly and guide patients toward scheduling their care.Work closely with the surgeon to ensure treatment plans are accurate and updated.Patient Communication & SchedulingManage patient calls emails messages and online inquiries promptly and courteously.Schedule consults surgeries implant visits and aesthetic treatments with accuracy.Confirm appointments and communicate any pre-op requirements.Support patients through pre- and post-operative instructions.Coordinate follow-ups recalls and treatment reappointments.Insurance & Claims SupportSubmit insurance claims accurately and promptly.Post EOBs and payments in the system.Track outstanding claims and follow up as needed.Verify benefits for surgical implant and aesthetic treatments (as applicable).Maintain clean organized insurance documentation.Administrative & Case SupportPrepare forms consents and treatment documentation.Assist with pre-op packet organization referrals and patient education materials.Maintain accurate digital charts and patient records.Support coordination between the surgical team aesthetics team and doctor.Team CollaborationProvide updates during morning huddles and communicate schedule changes.Work closely with clinical staff to ensure smooth transitions between appointments.Stay proactive in assisting where needed and build strong respectful relationships within the team.RequirementsWho You AreYoull be a strong fit if you are:Experienced in dental oral surgery or medical front office roles.Comfortable presenting treatment plans and discussing financial arrangements.Skilled at scheduling patient communication and insurance claims processing.Calm dependable and organized even on busy surgical days.Friendly communicator who enjoys guiding patients through their care journey.Detail-oriented and accurate with administrative tasks and documentation.Strong with technology and practice management software.BenefitsCompensation & Benefits Salary: $27/hour Benefits include: 401(k) plan One week paid leave after one year of employment Continuing education support totaling $1000Required Skills:Who You Are Youll be a strong fit if you are: Experienced in dental oral surgery or medical front office roles.
