ORC Developer (Remote): - Optimize recruitment and hiring processes within Oracle Cloud HCM/ORC. - Develop custom dashboards and reports requested by customers. - Troubleshoot and resolve ticketing issues related to ORC (requisitions applications job posting) and other HCM modules (payroll absence management workflows). - Build solutions from scratch in Oracle Cloud using PaaS services (OCI ATP APEX PL/SQL VBCS SQL ATS). - Create technical flowcharts design documents and visual wireframes for end users. - Develop and maintain integrations with web services and APIs (including strong API experience). - Utilize ETL tools for Extract Transform Load processes. - Work with SQL PL/SQL JQuery HTML and JavaScript for development tasks. - Leverage Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) components and adapters for integration patterns. - Utilize Fast Formula and HCM Data Loader (HDL) for data management. - Communicate with HR and recruitment stakeholders in non-technical terms. - Proactively research seek training and take initiative on projects as needed. - Preferred: Understanding of security data access and role management.
