Cochlear is the most recognized brand in hearing health care.About the role In order to help Cochlear improve operational efficiency and support our customers we are recruiting for an Order Fulfillment Specialist based in our warehouse locationin Centennial CO.To be successful in this role youll be able to fulfill customer orders efficiently and accurately. Youll work collaboratively with the Operations team to receive inbound shipments and stock product in appropriate locations pick items from stock locations to fill customer orders and transact and ship customer orders in a timely manner according to established procedures. This role is responsible for enhancing the customer experience of both cochlear implant clinics and our recipients!Key ResponsibilitiesPick and pack small medical device items for shipment across the countryShip customer orders in a timely mannerStock products in appropriate locationsKey Requirements To add value to Cochlear in this role youll be able to meet and demonstrate the following knowledge skills and abilities in your application and at interview:High School Diploma or equivalent1 year of relevant work experienceFulfillment shipping and/or mailroom experience is preferredAbility to position and use warehouse ladders hand carts and electric pallet jacksStrong attention to detailWork Environment and ScheduleThis role offers an in-person warehouse work environment. Hours are 9:30am 6:30pm Mountain Time Monday through Friday. To best serve our customers occasional overtime may be required.
