Title : Order Fulfillment Coordinator Client : Heavy Machine Manufacturing Company Duration : 12 Months Location : Mattoon IL 61938 Shift : 1st shift Major Purpose: Acts as the communication link between the company channel partners and third-party packaging/warehouse operations to resolve issues related to complete goods service parts configurations availability and shipment coordination . Key Responsibilities: Coordinate packaging and container solutions for service parts moving through the network. Support packaging projects focusing on safety quality and productivity. Perform administrative duties: data entry documentation and correspondence with third-party packaging facilities. Manage order fulfillment issues (parts ID mixed/defective stock unshipped orders). Use data systems to track inventory orders and performance metrics. Ensure workflow efficiency and prioritization of critical tasks. Required Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel Word Outlook Teams). Critical thinking and decision-making abilities. Cross-functional coordination and problem-solving experience. Basic data analysis and reporting. Preferred / Stand-Out Skills: Experience in warehouse or production environments. Knowledge of SAP or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS). Familiarity with developing work standards. Prior administrative support experience in logistics or manufacturing. Physical & Work Requirements: Lift up to 50 lbs. On feet 70% of the workday. Work in a high-traffic warehouse environment.
