This role is focused on proactive intervention to mitigate delays and ensure timely delivery.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesManage the order life cycle from entry to deliveryPrioritize orders and mitigate delaysCollaborate with internal Sales Logistics Finance and Customer Success teamsEnsure accurate and timely order entry in ERPCoordinate with warehouse and logistics for timely shipmentResolve discrepancies and customer inquiriesGenerate reports and dashboardsParticipate in continuous improvement initiativesAct as a liaison and point of contact between Sales and other departmentsRequired Qualifications Skills/CompetenciesStrong organizational and time management skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsDetail-oriented and accurateProblem-solving skillsProactive in identifying resolving problemsUnderstanding of sales/warehouse shipping processProficiency in ERP and Microsoft OfficePay Range:-We offer a comprehensive benefits package that may include medical dental vision 401k matching and more!Following receipt of a conditional offer of employment candidates will be required to complete additional job-related screening processes as permitted or required by applicable law.We are an equal opportunity employer and all applicants will be considered for employment without attention to their membership in any protected class.
