Job Description
Position Overview:We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Order Puller to join our operations this role you will work closely with inventory management logistics personnel and customer-facing departments to fulfill daily order requirements and support efficient warehouse operations. This position requires strong attention to detail professionalism and a commitment to maintaining high safety standards. The Order Picker plays an essential part in ensuring accurate order fulfillment proper product handling and overall customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Use hand-held devices or RF scanners to identify locate and track inventory. Verify product quantities and inspect items for quality and damage prior to packing. Organize and maintain stock areas to support efficient workflow. Follow all safety policies and procedures especially when operating equipment. Collaborate with team members to meet daily production and accuracy goals. Participate in routine inventory counts stock checks and reconciliation tasks. Ensure cleanliness and organization of the warehouse and workstations. Report discrepancies damaged goods or inventory issues to supervisors promptly. Communicate effectively with team members regarding order status updates or delays. Stay informed about company procedures inventory protocols and operational changes. Qualifications: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Basic math skills for counting verifying quantities and completing documentation. Willingness to complete a background check if required. High level of organization accuracy and attention to detail. Reliable punctual and committed to maintaining a professional work environment. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced changing environment. High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus.
