We are seeking a reliable Order Selector to join our distribution team. This role is responsible for accurately selecting merchandise based on store orders and preparing items for shipment. Responsibilities:

• Pick merchandise according to store orders, ensuring accuracy in item location, description, and quantity.
• Place items on pallets or conveyors using safe lifting techniques.
• Secure pallets with tape and shrink wrap for transport.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area by following all safety guidelines.
• Assist with general housekeeping to keep aisles clear of debris.
• Participate in training for additional warehouse duties.

Qualifications:

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• 02 years of warehouse or picking experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Pay range: The typical pay range for this role is: $16.00 - $26.21
