Manager, O2C Financial Systems (Zuora) at Relativity

Posting TypeHybrid/RemoteJob OverviewThis role will be the end-to-end process subject matter expert, own Zuora platform operations, and lead project teams supporting our Billing/Collections and Revenue Accounting teams' initiatives. The Manager, Finance Systems will partner closely with IT to ensure quality integrity and seamless integration throughout the data lifecycle with Salesforce CPQ, upstream, and Workday Financials, downstream. The ideal candidate will have high fluency in both functional and technical discussions with the gumption to develop flexible, future-proof solutions in this critical area of the business.This role reports to the Director, Financial Systems and can be remote with some travel expectationsJob Description and Requirements ResponsibilitiesAdminister and own configuration of Zuora platform (Billing and Revenue/RevPro) to meet business needs and support scalable growthLead and execute roadmap objectives increasing accuracy and efficiencyChampion innovation and automation through AI and other intelligent solutionsTriage and identify bug fixes required for Zuora while working with 3rd party resourcesParticipate in all stages of the SDLC, from QA to UAT, for Zuora-related fixes and dependent system impactsMaintain tight collaboration with key cross-functional stakeholders and drive alignmentEnsure compliance controls satisfy audit and SOX requirementsRequirementsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or related fieldor equivalent experience8+ years of combined hands-on technical financial systems experience including Zuora Billing and Zuora Revenue/RevProIn depth functional knowledge of 606 Revenue Recognition standardsDemonstrated ability to partner effectively with business and technical teamsSolid understanding of data reporting toolsIntegration experience with Salesforce CPQ, Workday Financials, and Adaptive a plusExceptional attention to detailRelativity is committed to competitive, fair, and equitable compensation practices.This position is eligible for total compensation which includes a competitive base salary, an annual performance bonus, and long-term incentives. The expected salary range for this role is between following values:$116,000 and $174,000The final offered salary will be based on several factors, including but not limited to the candidate's depth of experience, skill set, qualifications, and internal pay equity.
