JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTSStudentOrientation & Transition Program (SOTP) is seeking ateam of undergraduate studentsfrom all class levelsat University Park to serve asOrientation Leaders(OLs).Orientation Leaderswillplay a key role in providing a quality transitional experience for all incomingfirst-yearstudents atUniversity Park.We are looking for student leaders who are go-gettersauthenticconscientiousenthusiastic reflective open tonewchallenges and passionate aboutservingPenn Stateand the broader communityto help us do this important work.Benefits:As an Orientation Leader students can expect to gain skills in public speaking classroom andeventmanagement customer service collaboration and leadership.
