Every day, you will be performing direct patient consultations and providing inpatient/outpatient medical care, strictly adhering to clinical guidelines and regulatory compliance. You'll actively engage in resident and fellow supervision, delivering comprehensive medical training and evaluating clinical competencies. Your expertise will contribute to developing clinical programs and medical technology, participating in meaningful medical research, and driving quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction and operational efficiency.

To be successful in this role, you will showcase a proven track record in delivering expert medical services within your licensing and privileges, coupled with exceptional leadership in medical education. You will possess strong capabilities in research design, grant application, and scientific article preparation, along with a commitment to quality improvement methodologies and risk management. Your ability to strategically contribute to financial planning, budget development, and business strategy will be essential, all while exceeding productivity standards and fostering positive interdepartmental relations within a dynamic academic medical center.
