We are especially interested in candidates who are fluent in English and Spanish to better serve our diverse client population.ResponsibilitiesDeliver one-on-one behavioral health interventions that support children in developing age-appropriate coping and self-management skills.Serve as an advocate for the needs of each child, helping to ensure their treatment goals are met.Collaborate closely with clinical team members, school staff, and family caregivers to provide consistent, integrated care.Accurately document all therapeutic interactions, routine activities, and any significant incidents in accordance with program policies.Complete required documentation and progress notes within expected timelines.Attend and actively participate in all mandatory trainings, team meetings, and professional development sessions.QualificationsFluency in English and Spanish (spoken and written) required.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.Ability to work independently while maintaining a collaborative team approach.Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage effectively with children, families, and professionals in diverse environments.Ability to address conflict with diplomacy, empathy, and professionalism.Familiarity with childhood mental health needs, family systems, and community resources.Working knowledge of the child welfare system and the behavioral health supports that impact youth and their families is highly preferred.If you’re passionate about making a difference in the lives of children and families and thrive in a collaborative and mission-driven environment, we encourage you to apply today.We look forward to learning more about you!By applying to this job, you agree to receive periodic text messages from this employer and Homebase about your pending job application.
