Orthopedics physician job in New York : Orthopedic Surgery position available in New York State. This is a community-focused healthcare system serving the Mid-Hudson Valley region. Their Bone & Joint Center provides high-quality orthopedic care to residents in this scenic, close-knit rural community, emphasizing personalized treatment, minimally invasive techniques, and comprehensive support for patients from initial diagnosis through rehabilitation. Salary up to $680,000. Production incentives and comprehensive benefits package (including health, dental, vision, malpractice coverage, retirement plans, and CME allowance). Relocation assistance and potential loan repayment options for eligible candidates. Fellowship training preferred. General Ortho with emphasis on hand and upper extremity surgery.. Fellowship training in hand and upper extremity surgery (preferred) or significant focused experience in hand surgery. Hospital-employed, community hospital with outpatient clinic (primarily at Bone & Joint Center locations). Call Schedule: Shared call (light to moderate, with support from general orthopedists and potential for system collaboration); designed to support work-life balance in a rural community. Support for building a thriving hand surgery practice with dedicated clinic time and operating room access. Opportunity to live and work in the picturesque Hudson Valley - offering affordable housing, excellent schools, outdoor recreation (hiking, boating, farms), cultural amenities, and proximity to Albany, NYC, and the Berkshires. Board Certified or Board Eligible Medical Doctor with or w/o US residency with current US work visa.
