This position offers a unique opportunity to lead and expand a world-class outpatient joint replacement program. Key Responsibilities: Perform total hip and knee arthroplasty; revision joint experience preferred but not requiredConduct outpatient joint replacement surgeries in a surgery center settingShare community call coverage with three local orthopedic groupsCollaborate with APPs, PTs, and imaging professionals to ensure high-quality, patient-centered careOperate in advanced facilities including Portsmouth Regional Hospital and Auburn Surgery CenterContribute to clinical innovation, including custom knee replacement technologiesParticipate in program development and continuous quality improvement Qualifications: Completion of an ACGME-accredited Orthopaedic Surgery residencyFellowship in Adult Reconstruction/Arthroplasty (required)Board Certified/Board Eligible in Orthopaedic SurgeryEligible for New Hampshire medical licensureDEA licensure and liability coverage per policy requirements Ideal Candidate: Demonstrated interest and/or experience in outpatient joint replacementsStrong collaborative, communication, and patient education skillsMotivated to contribute to a flexible, high-quality private group setting
