Collect medical documentation and information to setup new clients of 180 Medical.Key Responsibilities: Contact clients to set up medical supply ordersHandle incoming phone calls from clients regarding orders & customer service issuesRequest Medicare documentation on Medicare clientsContacts HH agencies to coordinate sending suppliesMake entries as appropriate in Medtrack an internal Microsoft Access databasePlace orders in MedtrackChange orders in MedtrackSupport Team Supervisor on miscellaneous projectsObtain verbal authorization for supplies from facilitiesSuspense auditor to obtain Plan of Cares and chart notes when neededVerifying insurance for existing customer insurance changesPerforms follow up phone calls to clients after initial shipmentVerifies that client files are complete and all necessary documentation is in placeAll other duties as assigned.Qualifications/Education:Must have a high school diploma college degree preferred not required.Six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.Typing: 35-40 wpm with 40 (adjusted) highly recommendedPossess medical administrative skillsGood communication skills with professionals in clinics and hospitalsSales experience preferredAbility to reason problem solve and think outside the boxMulti-task a variety of issuesGood organization skills and can prioritize tasksProficient in Microsoft Office programsGood attention to detailReliable/dependableFlexible and adaptable to changes in environment and industryTeam Player; work well with othersDimensions: Physical DemandsRegularly required to sit stand walk and occasionally bend and move about the facility.Infrequent light physical effort required.Occasional lifting up to 10 lbs.Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.Working ConditionsWork performed in an office environmentSpecial FactorsThis role can be performed remotely.Beware of scams online or from individuals claiming to represent ConvatecA formal recruitment process is required for all our opportunities prior to any offer of employment.
