Position Highlights Provide comprehensive medical and surgical care for conditions related to the ears, nose, and throat in an office-based setting Diagnose, treat, and manage ENT-related infections, diseases, and disorders Conduct patient examinations, obtain medical histories, and interpret diagnostic results Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Collaborate with other specialists and departments to ensure coordinated patient care Participate in on-call rotation with ENT providers at the affiliated hospital Supervise and mentor residents, medical students, and clinical staff Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant documentation and billing practices Practice Environment Collaborative, patient-focused team environment Strong clinical and administrative support State-of-the-art facilities equipped with advanced diagnostic and surgical technology Commitment to continuous improvement, quality care, and professional development Compensation and Benefits Highly competitive base salary with productivity-based incentives Medical, Dental, Vision, and Malpractice Insurance Retirement plan with employer match Relocation assistance and potential signing bonus available H-1B cap-exempt employer and open to Green Card sponsorship Paid Time Off (PTO) Candidate Requirements Medical Degree (MD or DO) from an accredited medical school Completion of an accredited Otolaryngology (ENT) residency program Board Certified or Board Eligible in Otolaryngology Active or eligible Connecticut medical license Valid DEA registration and Controlled Substance Certificate Why Our Community?
