You'll enjoy protected directorship time alongside clinical work; routine head & neck cases, day-surgery blocks, and light call duties. All supported by APP's in a nonprofit teaching hospital.

Hospital Employee .  Minimal Call Ratio.  Loan Forgiveness available.  Relocation Bonus available.  $484,000 base salary for 2-3 years, then transition to WRVU production incentives with performance bonuses.  $45,000 signing bonus (negotiable).  7 weeks PTO plus 9 federal holidays, CME allowance ($4,500), and 403(b) with employer match.  General otolaryngology plus head & neck surgery, with opportunity to develop subspecialty services based on community needs.  Division Chief responsibilities: faculty development, quality initiatives, strategic planning, and light call coverage.  Under an hour from a major international airport and enjoy easy interstate access to New York City and Boston.   Board Certified or Board Eligible Medical Doctor with or w/o US residency with current US work visa.
