About Us San Antonio ENT is a respected private practice in a physician-owned network in San Antonio, TX. The practice currently has nine providers, including seven partner physicians and two employee physicians, and a total staff of just under 100 people. Our practice is extremely busy with follow-up appointments booked out for four to five months. Opportunity Highlights San Antonio ENT offers an excellent opportunity for a new physician to build a practice quickly. We are especially interested in recruiting specialists in facial plastics and rhinology due to high demand in the area. This position offers: Competitive Salary & Earning Potential : A base salary of $350,000 is offered, with total first-year earnings projected to reach $420,000 to $450,000. Optional ER Call : Physicians can earn significant additional pay by taking optional ER call, $200,000 - $300,000 more annually Partnership Track : There is a clear path to partnership, with an accelerated timeline possible for high-performing physicians. Ancillary Services : The practice has multiple ancillaries, including audiology, allergy, and speech services, which contribute to a higher earning potential. Ownership in Surgery Center : New physicians have the option to acquire shares in a busy surgery center which provides a separate revenue stream. Position Details Clinical Schedule : The typical schedule starts with one half-day of surgery and seven to eight half-day clinics per week, with flexibility to increase surgical time as patient volume grows. Patient Volume : New associates will aim for an initial patient volume of 12-15 patients per half-day to ease into the practice. Call Schedule : Practice call is rotated among all operating physicians, occurring about six to seven weekends per year. Support Staff : A dedicated Medical Assistant (MA) is provided from the start, with a second MA added once patient volume increases. Locations : The position would be based at one of two primary locations: the new, state-of-the-art Stone Oak office or the spacious Westover Hills office, with minimal travel required. Candidate Requirements Board Certified or Board Eligible in Otolaryngology. MD from an accredited medical school with completion of an ACGME-accredited residency program.
