- Introduce and promote telecom products, including internet and bundled services
- Capture customer interest quickly and drive the conversation toward a sale
- Handle objections and rejections with resilience and professionalism
- Consistently meet daily and weekly call and sales targets
- Accurately document call outcomes and customer responses
- Follow scripts while maintaining a natural and engaging tone
- Stay up to date on products, promotions, and sales strategies
- Maintain compliance with all policies and regulatory requirements

- High School Diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of outbound sales or call center experience
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
- Resilience and ability to handle rejection
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a high-volume, target-driven environment
- Basic computer literacy and multitasking ability
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Telecom or direct sales experience
- Proven track record in outbound sales
- Bilingual (Spanish a plus)
- Experience using CRM or dialer systems
