Prepares monitors and evaluates departmental budgets and ensures that the department operates in compliance with allocated funding.Coordinates and directs internal/external audits. Creates and fosters an environment that encourages professional growth. Integrates evidence-based practices into operations and clinical protocols.Regular and reliable attendance. Perform other duties as assigned.Qualifications and requirements Masters degree in social work or counseling AND relevant state licensure required. Prior experience with psychiatric and chemical dependency patients. Current unencumbered clinical license per state of practice guidelines. CPR and CPI certified within 30 days of employment.
