Role Description
In this on-site role located at our Leander clinic, you’ll evaluate patients, create individualized treatment plans, and provide one-on-one care that includes therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and patient education. You’ll play a key role in tracking progress, collaborating with other healthcare providers, and supporting each patient through their recovery journey. Our ideal candidate is compassionate, team-oriented, and passionate about delivering high-quality care in a supportive and growth-minded environment.
Qualifications
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program
- Current state licensure (or eligibility) to practice as a Physical Therapist in the State of Texas
- CPR/BLS certification (American Heart Association preferred)
- Strong clinical reasoning and manual therapy skills
- Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) and documentation compliance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
