Outpatient Therapist in the Anthony AreaFamilies & Youth Innovations Plus (FYI)Position: Full-TimeMA/MS License Salary: $55000 - $66550 (3 levels based on experience and education)Independent License Salary: $70000 - $84700 (3 levels based on experience and education)FLSA Status: Salaried/ExemptReports To: Clinical Manager and/or Clinical DirectorDepartment: Outpatient ServicesLocation: Anthony New MexicoJob SummaryFamilies and Youth Innovation Plus (FYI) is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Full-Time Therapist with a flexible schedule to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in providing therapy services to children adolescents adult individuals couples and/or families. We are expanding services to all age groups and welcome people with diverse expertise. The ideal candidate will also have a deep-rooted understanding of treating participants from a trauma-responsive lens.We are seeking a licensed therapist to join our team on a full-time basis. This position will have flexibility to set your own work schedule and opportunity to work days evenings and Saturdays. Compensation is based on hours worked including both direct client care and administrative time. FYI is a Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) Grant Site. Our agencys therapists work with case managers and other support providers to meet participants basic needs as well as offering therapy crisis services and other supportive services.What youll Do:Maintain a full-time caseload of 22-25 individual clients hours a weekConduct diagnostic assessments and formulate appropriate treatment plansImplement patient interventions based on assessment patient input and in conjunction with the treatment plan teamProvide therapy sessions to clients using evidence-based practicesMaintain written accurate and up-to-date clinical records on individual services and prepare written reportsCollaborate with other healthcare professionals team members and other staff and service providers regarding client careAbility to work 40 hours weekly including evenings and/or SaturdaysEnthusiasm for working within a CCBHC model and contributing to community-based careWhat You Need:Masters degree in counseling social work psychology or related fieldCurrent New Mexico State Licensure (LMFT LCSW LPC or equivalent)Strong communication interpersonal and writing skillsBilingual preferred but not requiredAbility to work independently and as part of a teamEnthusiasm for working within a CCBHC model and contributing to community-based careBilingual preferredCompensation & Benefits:Flexible schedulingSupervision hours for additional licensure/certificationsCollaborative supportive work environment Key Skills Experience Working With Students,Time Management,Acute Care,HTTPS,Speech Therapy,Assistive Technologies,Autism Experience,Pediatrics Experience,Home Care,Interpretation,Patient Service Experience,Phone Etiquette Employment Type : Full-Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1
