As we grow our footprint within the community, we are seeking a dynamic, people-focused professional to drive revenue and strengthen local partnerships.This role is ideal for someone who loves hospitality, thrives on building relationships, and has a natural “go-getter” attitude.Position OverviewThe Sales & Community Engagement Manager is responsible for generating business through proactive outreach, networking, corporate relationships, and community activation. This role combines business development, event sales, local marketing, and partnership outreach.This is NOT a desk job — it’s a boots-on-the-ground, relationship-driven revenue role.Key Responsibilities Sales & Revenue GenerationSell group dining, corporate lunches/dinners, private events, happy hours, and holiday packagesConduct daily outreach to nearby businesses, offices, law firms, banks, real estate groups, and UM departmentsBuild and maintain a strong pipeline of leads and prospectsConvert outreach into bookings and recurring accountsPromote ticketed events such as Noches de Raíces and special dinnersCommunity EngagementRepresent Arcano at local networking events, mixers, and community gatheringsBuild partnerships with chambers of commerce, local organizations, community groups, and business associationsOrganize in-office tastings, samplings, and pop-up activations to promote the brandEvents & PartnershipsAssist in coordinating private events and group bookingsDrive attendance and visibility for weekly experiences (e.g., Noches de Raíces, Wine Not Tuesday)Support holiday sales strategies and seasonal promotionsMarketing & OutreachDistribute marketing materials around Coral GablesCapture simple photo/video content during outreach to support social channels (no experience required)Collaborate with management on local campaigns and community messagingWhat We’re Looking ForCharismatic, outgoing personality with a natural ability to connectStrong knowledge of the Coral Gables or Miami marketHospitality, events, or sales experienceSelf-motivated and comfortable doing daily outreachOrganized, responsible, and goal-orientedBilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not requiredPassion for food, beverage, culture, and communityCompensationBase Salary: $55,000 per year Commission: 7% on all new business generated Bonuses:Monthly bonuses for hitting revenue targetsQuarterly performance bonusesAdditional holiday season bonusesOn-Track Annual Earnings (OTE): $66,000–$85,000+ (Strong performers can exceed this.)Additional Perks:Dining benefitsAccess to community eventsOpportunity for growth within ArcanoWhy Join Arcano?You will be the face of Arcano in the community — driving business, fostering partnerships, and helping shape the future of a growing, award-winning brand in one of Miami’s most dynamic neighborhoods.If you’re energetic, relationship-driven, and excited about building something meaningful, we’d love to hear from you.
