Known for their reliability and strong technical capabilities they continue to grow across manufacturing processing and broader industrial sectors.This is an excellent opportunity for a driven sales professional with experience in compressed air or industrial equipment to build new relationships drive territory growth and deliver complete compressed air solutions across Texas.Sales Representative / Regional Sales Representative / Territory Sales Representative Compensation:$80000 base salary Uncapped commission OTE $150000 to $200000Full benefits packageVehicle allowance / mileageField-based position with regional travelSales Representative / Regional Sales Representative / Territory Sales Representative Responsibilities:Develop and execute a territory sales strategy across new and existing industrial customers.Identify opportunities for compressors air dryers vacuum equipment mobile engineered systems and replacement parts.Conduct site visits to understand customer requirements assess system performance and recommend appropriate equipment solutions.Present technical solutions and proposals to plant managers engineering teams maintenance leaders and procurement.Drive the full sales cycle from initial inquiry through quotation negotiation and close.Maintain accurate CRM data forecast pipeline activity and provide regular reporting.Monitor market activity and competitors to refine sales strategy and maintain a competitive position.Collaborate with technical and service teams to ensure successful project delivery and excellent customer experience.Sales Representative / Regional Sales Representative / Territory Sales Representative Requirements:Proven experience as a Sales Representative / Regional Sales Representative / Territory Sales Representative within compressed air systems or industrial equipment.Knowledge of oil-injected and oil-free rotary screw compressors reciprocating compressors and associated air-treatment equipment.Strong understanding of compressor technologies air dryers vacuum systems and related aftermarket partsDemonstrated success in developing new business and growing an industrial customer base.Required Experience:Unclear Seniority Key Skills Business,Anti Money Laundering,Information Systems,Communication,Analytics Employment Type : Full-Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1 Monthly Salary Salary: 150000 - 200000
