RegulationsAssist in stocking condiments for cooking & inventory countsAssist in daily deliveries of prep food and/or condimentsMaintain and filter grease fryersPull cases of food from freezer for next day cookingGeneral floor sweeping and moppingRemove/replace grease or oil from drip pans as needed dailyClean deli case to meet Health Dept.
