The job title and pay rate will be based on qualifications outlined below. This program is close to the UMD campus so this would be a great opportunity for students, or anyone looking for employment in this area of Duluth. We offer a flexible working schedule, paid time off, increased holiday pay, employee development and advancement opportunities, and a variety of insurances to suit your needs.Hours of Available Positions:Awake Overnight Shift (12am-8am)Part-Time or Full-time AvailableEvery other Weekend Availability RequiredCompensation: $18.00-25.00/hour depending on experience and educationEssential Duties and Responsibilities:Demonstrate a working knowledge of consumer(s) history, skills, vulnerabilities, support plans and emergency proceduresRecord keeping, reporting requirements and maintaining confidentialityAbility to create and follow ITP plans set up for clients and uses creative ways to encourage participationEffectively assist clients and train in areas such as symptom management, employment, budgeting, organizing, medical appointments scheduling, and meal planning.Objectively and professionally document progress with the client at the end of your shiftProviding assistance with paperwork that is pertinent to continuation of services, such as Social Security paperworkProvide support and supervision as defined in each ITP plan, using therapeutic interventions, while ensuring consumer safetyAssisting with setting up transportation services or learning how to utilize public transportationRegularly travel in the community and transporting recipientsQualifications for All IRTS Staff:Ability to multitask and strong communicatorEnjoys conducting groups and is an effective team memberAbility to pass MVR, maintain a valid driver's license, insurance, and maintain background study clearancePrior IRTS Experience PreferredQualifications of a Mental Health Rehabilitation Worker:Course Work Qualification SetHigh School Diploma, Associates Degree or two years post-secondary education or a total of 15 semester hours AND30 hours of training in the following: recipient rights, recipient-centered ITP, Behavioral terminology, MI, co-occurring, psychotropic meds, functional assessment, community resources, adult vulnerability, and recipient confidentialityLife Experience Qualification Set, (within the last 10 years)3 years personal life experience serious & persistent MI OR3 years personal life experience as primary care giver to adult serious & persistent MI, TBI, SUD, or DD OR2000 hours supervised paid work experience in delivery of adult MI or TBI services ORFluent in non-English language that 20% of recipients belong toReceives monthly documented clinical supervision by MHP during first 2000 hours of employmentQualifications for Behavioral Health Practitioners:Course Work Qualification Set30 semester hours AND2000 supervised hours Behavioral Health or related fieldORCompleted Practicum or Internship in Behavioral Sciences or Related FieldWork Experience Qualification Set4000 supervised hours Behavioral Health or related fieldOR2000 supervised hours ANDReceives weekly clinical supervision from MHPBenefits:Health Insurance (full-time, waiting period for part-time)Dental InsuranceVision InsuranceShort & Long Term DisabilityLife InsuranceCritical IllnessHospital ConfinementAccident InsuranceDependent Care FSAPaid Time OffHoliday Pay for Hours Worked on Eligible HolidaysPerformance-Based Wage IncreasesEmployee Assistance ProgramWe are a growing company which can lead to opportunities for advancement and we take pride in employee development and training!
