If you are excited about a role but dont meet every bullet point we encourage you to apply and join us to create the extraordinary.Job SummaryPrinciple Accountabilities:*Ensures accurate data collection.*Conducts internal audits following regulatory industry and internal quality guidelines including ISO.*Conducts process audits and follow up closure of open audits.*Helps department in the root cause analysis and corrective actions of audits findings tracking to resolution.*Initiates product/process improvements.*Helps filing of audits and maintenance of records.*Monitors and report metrics to meet business needs.*Prepares reject reports by identifying necessary information for follow up and analyzes rejects/defects for patterns of process errors or other areas of concern.*Provides immediate feedback to production areas concerning process deviations.*May be required to facilitate Quality Alert meetings.*May provide process trainingKnowledge / Skills/ Abilities:*Ability to add subtract multiply and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers common fractions and decimals.*Ability to compute rate ratio and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.*Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.*Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.*Demonstrates advanced functional skills.*Demonstrates detailed functional knowledge and may lead process.*Has awareness of new techniques*Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions short correspondence and memos.*Ability to write simple correspondence.*Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers clients and other employees of the organizationScope / Impact:*May have multi-functional impact has influence on different programs or areas.
