Aerotek is hiring Reach Truck Operators in Clifton, New Jersey!

Pay - $22/hr

Location: Clifton, New Jersey

Position Overview:

Seeking an experienced Reach Truck Operator to work in a deep-freeze warehouse (20F to -15F). Responsibilities include operating stand-up reach trucks, cab forklifts, and pallet jacks to move, stage, and organize pallets while following strict safety and food-handling standards. This is a temp-to-perm role with full-time hours. Freezer experience required.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate stand-up reach trucks, cab forklifts, and electric pallet jacks in a deep-freeze environment

Move, stage, and organize pallets efficiently

Follow all safety, food-handling, and OSHA protocols

Maintain inventory flow and warehouse organization

Overnight shift: 11 PM7 AM, SundayThursday / 3 PM-11 PM

Essential Skills:

Certified reach truck, pallet jack, and forklift operator

Ability to maneuver in tight aisles and high-rack environments

Comfortable working overnight in extreme cold

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

Experience with bakery/production equipment (mixers, ovens, proofers, slicers, packaging lines)

Familiarity with automated packaging machinery

Basic mechanical troubleshooting skills

Proficiency with scanners, digital scales, and inventory systems

Experience with pallet jacks, conveyors, and warehouse equipment

Job Type & Location: This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Clifton, NJ.

Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
