Job DescriptionJob DescriptionStarting Pay Range: $15.00PURPOSE:Under the supervision of the Program Manager, the Resident Advisor guides, assists and instructs residents in activities for independent functioning. Responsibilities will be performed in accordance with Interact's CHS policies and procedures.QUALIFICATIONS: High School diploma and 1 year of experience preferred; no experience required..ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS: Ability to communicate with and relate to individuals with Intellectual disabilities.
