Integrative Staffing Group (ISG) is hiring an Overnight Welder for a leading steel manufacturing company in Harmony, PA.

Location: Harmony, PA
Pay Rate: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour (based on experience)
Shift: Monday - Friday 10:30 PM - 6:45 AM
Type: Temp-to-Hire

Job Responsibilities

• Perform argon/oxygen welding according to blueprints, weld symbols, and specifications
• Complete finish welds while maintaining quality standards
• Read and interpret fabrication drawings and work instructions
• Utilize precision measuring tools to verify dimensions and tolerances
• Document production and quality information using written and computerized systems
• Perform routine maintenance on welding equipment
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Follow all company safety policies and report equipment or quality concerns

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Welding certification or formal welding training preferred
• Minimum of 1 year welding experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environment
• Ability to read blueprints and weld symbols
• Knowledge of wire and filler materials for steel, aluminum, and specialty alloys
• Understanding of welding setup parameters including voltage, amperage, and feed rates
• Experience operating welding equipment and fabrication tools
• Ability to obtain AWS D1.1 Certification within six months of hire
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
