The retail sales worker provides service to key accounts on routes in a branch sale division on specific days or times required by customer needs. This is a part time position. Job responsibilities include calling on each store within a specific route according to a pre-arranged schedule, making contact with appropriate store personnel, ensuring rack diagram compliance, proper usage of stickers, and maintaining the signage on product wherever possible, ensuring shelves are tagged correctly and updated as needed, re-merchandising and re-stocking display areas, completing inventory sheets on each store, and contacting area sales director if stores need product. Drives own vehicle with mileage reimbursement.

Qualifications include a current valid state driver's license, safe driving documentation, ability to generate written communications and operate required office equipment, demonstrating interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, ability to work independently with limited supervision, availability to work flexible hours including evening and weekends, and the ability to exert force necessary to lift, maneuver, and move average loads of 100 to 175 lbs from storage areas to customer service areas. This role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking and standing. This role may also require uniforms and/or usage of personal protective equipment (PPE).
