Pack And Ship Associate

Marucci Sports is looking for a Pack and Ship Associate in King of Prussia, PA. You will be responsible for ensuring that products are packaged and shipped accurately and efficiently. You will need to pay careful attention to detail, have strong commitment to quality control, and ability to work collaboratively within the production team.

Position Responsibilities:

• Working with an engraver to etch custom engravings into bats.
• Cutting and weeding vinyl.
• Putting the finishing touches on bats including logo, ink, barcode and final quality check.
• Report and address any discrepancies or quality concerns in alignment with company standards.
• Support other members of the engraving team as needed to meet daily production goals.
• Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and timely order completion.
• Set up and organize workstations to maintain efficiency and productivity.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and free from hazards, maintaining a safe and tidy environment at all times.
• Follow all established safety procedures and standards while handling equipment and materials.

Position Qualifications:

Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Experience:

• Related experience preferred.

Work Environment and Physical Requirements:

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods of standing.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times.
