We are seeking a dedicated Packager to join our team in a dynamic industrial manufacturing environment. This role involves assisting in the production and shipping processes, ensuring efficiency and quality in packaging steel framing products. The position offers opportunities for growth and development within the company.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the packaging of steel framing products for the construction industry.
• Operate forklifts, including sit-down forklifts, as needed.
• Ensure the safe and efficient movement of products within the facility.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the packaging area.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals.
• Adhere to safety protocols and contribute to a safety-conscious work environment.

Essential Skills

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to stand for the entire shift and lift up to 40 lbs.
• Willingness to work 1-2 hours of overtime per day.
• Strong initiative and the ability to perform basic addition and subtraction.
• Bilingual proficiency is required.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience within an industrial or manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Forklift operation experience is advantageous.
• Open to candidates with a willingness to learn and be trained on procedures.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.67 - $19.67/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
