We're seeking a Machine Operator / General Labor to join our team in Le Roy, MI. In this role, you'll be a vital part of our operations, helping us to support local manufacturing by assisting with rubber injection molding and training for a skilled position.What You'll Be DoingAs a Machine Operator / General Labor, your core responsibilities will include:Machine Operation: Working on rubber injection molding machines.Training & Development: Actively training for a role as a CNC or Tool & Die Maker.Work Pace: Maintaining a medium to fast pace of work.In addition, you will also be expected to perform general labor duties as required by the production team.What We're Looking ForTo be successful in this role, you should have the following:Qualifications:Work History: Willingness to train with a good work history (no prior experience required).Physical Stamina: Must be able to stand for 10 hours a day.Skills:Foundational Math: Possess basic math skills necessary for the job.Flexibility: Ability to work overtime when needed, including on Saturdays and Sundays.Teamwork: A proactive and reliable approach to the job.Why Join Us?This is an excellent opportunity for both short-term and long-term employment.
