Summary CHS Inc., a leading global agribusiness, is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Packaging Associate to join the 3rd shift team at its sunflower processing facility in Fargo, ND. This role is essential in ensuring the efficient and safe packaging of sunflower products using automated equipment. Responsibilities Operate and monitor automated packaging equipment to ensure consistent product flow.Inspect packaged products for quality, proper labeling, and seal integrity.Perform routine equipment checks and report any malfunctions or safety concerns.Keep the packaging area clean and organized according to safety and sanitation standards.Accurately record production data and maintain necessary documentation.Assist with changeovers and line adjustments as needed.Follow all company safety, quality, and operational procedures.Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet production goals. Minimum Qualifications (required) 1+ years of experience in Supply Chain and Procurement and/or Warehouse OperationsMust meet minimum age requirement Additional Qualifications Forklift certification or ability to obtain forklift certificationAbility to perform math related to order counts and inventory managementAbility to work extended hours during peak seasons to meet business demandsHigh School diploma or GED preferredPrior warehouse experience preferredPre-employment screening is based on the job requirements and industry guidelines and may or may not be required for the position. Compensation includes base wage and, depending upon position, may include other earnings such as bonus, incentives and commissions. Actual pay offered will vary based on multiple factors which may include, without limitation, experience, education, training, specialized skills and certifications, minimum wage/salary requirements under local law.
