Key Responsibilities

• Operate high-speed packaging machinery efficiently and safely
• Rotate between workstations on the line as needed, adapting quickly to new roles and tasks
• Troubleshoot and resolve basic machine and line issues to maintain steady workflow
• Maintain product quality, ensure correct packaging, and minimize downtime
• Follow all safety and quality standards in a food production environment
• Collaborate with your team to meet production targets and deadlines

What We're Looking For

• Experience operating packaging machinery on a high-speed production line is required
• Proven ability to perform basic troubleshooting and adjustments on machines
• Willingness and ability to flexibly move between stations and tasksand enjoy doing so!
• Steady, reliable job history (candidates with a strong track record are preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and safety protocols
• Team player with a positive attitude and strong communication skills
